Before You Apply

During the admission process, our goal is to find students who will flourish in Vanguard Cohort's rigorous academic environment and contribute to our dynamic learning community. To help applicants prepare, we offer a suggested Pre-Requisites to ensure a smooth transition into the program. High school and Undergraduate students benefit from the extraordinary resources of a world-class research institution dedicated to research based teaching.

High Schoolers: experience with SAT Subject Tests, AP, IB, A-Level, and Honors classes at school is a priority consideration.

Four years of mathematics (including calculus for students interested in business classes)

At least one year of laboratory science (including physics and chemistry for students interested in science classes

Fluent in English (including writing, listening, reading, and speaking)

For international applicants whose primary language of instruction is not English, we strongly recommend submitting TOEFL or IELTS test scores.
